Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

RF Digital is a digital marketing and design business run by Jose Franco. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we only use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

  • Contact form. If you fill out the form, we receive your name, business name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.
  • Calls, texts, and emails. If you contact us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you send.
  • Nothing else on purpose. This site doesn't use tracking cookies, ads, or analytics that follow you around the web.

How we use it

Only to answer your question, give you a quote, and work with you if you become a client. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we won't add you to a marketing list.

Services this site relies on

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
  • GitHub Pages hosts this website. Like any web host, it may log basic technical details such as your IP address for security.
  • Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site. Your browser downloads them from Google, which can see your IP address.
  • Gmail is where your messages arrive.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Settings saved on your device

The site remembers whether you picked English or Spanish, and light or dark mode. That choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as needed to reply to you and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
